The entrance of the hotel

The entrance of the hotel.

This is a big hotel, 10 floors, we did not plan to go there, we saw a high-rising building, and we decided to take a look. The hotel is located close to the Ping river, from the rooms on the front side you have a very nice view over the river.

We did not make a reservation, at the reception we were offered a deluxe room on the 7th floor. The reception area looked tidy and clean and the staff was very friendly. We were tired after driving for over 7 hours, so we accepted the room without taking a look first.

We could park the car on a large parking across the road, the luggage was taken to the room by a hotel staff. The room was very nice, big, beatifull wooden floor, balcony with a view over the river. And everything you may expect in a hotel room, a good bed, minibar, tv, whispering airconditioning, dressing tabel, cupboard.

The same applied to the bathroom, tidy, clean and spacious.

We don't know what amenities the hotel offers, we only saw the guarded parking place and the restaurant. Breakfast is served as a buffet, not very special, but satisfactory, with Thai and European dishes. The quality of the coffee changes from day to day, not really good.

We had to pay 1300 Thb for one night, breakfast included. This is walk-in tarif, and we did not negociate the price. Not expensive for the quality of the hotel.

The last time we stayed in the hotel was in March 2012. When we go to Kamphaeng Phet again, and we want to do that, we will certainly stay at this hotel.
