We have been one night in Surat Thani, that was not really our intention, but the family who would go with us to Ko Samui, has been driving from Bangkok to Surat without one stop, they were very tired and wanted to rest.
Phranom, one of Pia's sisters suggested,
before we would go to Ko Samui
to make a boat trip on a reservoir in the area.
So in the morning at 10 o'clock we went with two cars Ratchaprapa to the Ratchaprapa reservoir, more than an hour away. The last part with steep slopes.
On arrival at the lake, we rented a boat for the whole family,
But you can also just buy a ticket
and step in the first departing boat.
Near the pier of the boats it is a bit messy, it is a coming and going of vans and pick-ups.
The trip on the lake takes about two hours, it is beautiful.
The water is beautifully green,
and the banks consist of overgrown slopes.
In the beginning still quite flat,
but as the journey progresses, steeper and more beautiful.
There is not much more to tell, but it was a successful outing.
When we write about a place, we write about what we saw and did there, and what we think about it; no more and no less.

Our opinion about a hotel or restaurant is not ment to be a (positive or negative) review, you can find that information on other sites.
