In some stories we have told you something about the food in Thailand. There is a lot of variation; and the people really like to eat.

For a year or two or three, since around 2015, there are a number of festivities in our hometown of Apeldoorn, in which mobile kitchens play an important role.
This has led us to show something about mobile kitchens in Thaliand. There are mobile kitchens in many kinds and sizes.

We have included the photos we have now. It is our intention to make more pictures in our coming holiday and to include them here.
