We get up late, we don't wake up until half past eight at Hotel Dom Henrique Downtown in Porto. It is busy at breakfast, but everything runs smoothly.
Today we are going on a second bus trip with the hop-on-hop-off bus, now past the castles.
We have to wait for a while for the bus, and when it comes it fills up; we still have a
place at the top.
The ride is more boring than yesterday, we drive through newer parts of Porto, and along the beach where it is much too hot to get out. It is a beautiful coast, alternating with sandy beaches and rocky parts.
Back in the center we get out and look for a terrace to drink.
Then we walk on to look for some souvenirs, but we only partially succeed.
Then we want to eat near the Cais de Ribeira in the restaurant where we had a drink yesterday, but that restaurant is closed. Other restaurants are either full or the kitchen is closed. We sit down at Cris Bar - Restaurante where we order arroz de mar, rice soup with seafood. It tastes good, but in Sintra it tasted better.

We tell what we have done and experienced during a trip and we also tell what we think about it; no more and no less.
This is not a travel guide, nor is it advice to visit a place or not.
There are other sites for that.
Our opinion about places where we have eaten, drunk or slept is not intended as a (positive or negative) assessment, there are other sites for that.
It is our view of the situation at a certain moment and that view is influenced by our mood, the weather and many other factors.
