We think about what we want to do in Thailand.
The Mae Hong Son loop is something that can be done well now, in order to be able to do that route quietly (with Bangkok as the beginning and end) we need almost two weeks. That now seems to be possible because we are staying two months.
Wat Hong Thong (Golden Swan) in Chachoengsao also seems nice, but that is just a day out from Bangkok.
And Suan Phueng, a district in Ratchaburi, is very worthwhile according to the family in Thailand. Also good for a few days.
Of course Cha-am or another coastal town, to recover in the beginning.
Perhaps some further south, Pak Nam Pran or so.

We tell what we have done and experienced during a trip and we also tell what we think about it; no more and no less.
This is not a travel guide, nor is it advice to visit a place or not.
There are other sites for that.
Our opinion about places where we have eaten, drunk or slept is not intended as a (positive or negative) assessment, there are other sites for that.
It is our view of the situation at a certain moment and that view is influenced by our mood, the weather and many other factors.
