The restaurant is also called Pa Phao.
This restaurant is located near a busy intersection near the airport. It is not directly on the road, there are some trees and shrubs between them. There is a parking space in front of the restaurant, which is actually too small.
The restaurant consists of a mix of wooden and stone buildings. It tries to evoke a bit of a 1950s atmosphere.
Outside you are not really outside, but under a canopy, where many large ferns are hung. It looks nice and you get the strong impression that you are outside.
Around 50 people can sit outside, we do not know how many people can sit inside, we have
never been inside.
If you walk to the toilets you pass the kitchen. You can then clearly see how the food is prepared.
The menu is in Thai and English, with pictures. There are almost exclusively Thai dishes on the menu.
We do not know to what extent the staff speak English. They are friendly, helpful and quick.
On Thursday December 20, 2018 we ordered three dishes, squid with salty eggs, fried shells
in sambal and fried vegetables.
In comparison with visits in previous years, we found the food to be of lesser quality than
we were used to.
We drank beer with the food, and wine that we brought. Wine is sold, but only per bottle, and the wine that we wanted was not available.
For the food and beer we paid almost Thb 1000, we didn't think that was cheap.

We tell what we have done and experienced during a trip and we also tell what we think about it; no more and no less.
This is not a travel guide, nor is it advice to visit a place or not.
There are other sites for that.
Our opinion about places where we have eaten, drunk or slept is not intended as a (positive or negative) assessment, there are other sites for that.
It is our view of the situation at a certain moment and that view is influenced by our mood, the weather and many other factors.
