Thanon Dechanuchit, Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan.
This restaurant is located right in the center of the night market. It is a fairly large restaurant, in front is the kitchen and an exhibition of the seafood they prepare fresh. There are 15 to 20 tables.
You can pick your own ingredients and see how they are prepared. If you take a closer look you see already grilled shrimp and crab, fresh is not always fresh here.
It looks a bit messy, but in Thailand that is not so special.
We have ordered hoi shell (scallop), grilled rock lobster and fried rice. It tasted ok, but it was not special.
When we got the bill we were shocked however, 1700 Thb for three dishes, two bottles of Singha and 2 glasses of wine. This is quite expensive, the restaurants above the beach are cheaper and the food tastes better. No recommendation for this restaurant.
We have been there in February 2011.
When we write about a place, we write about what we saw and did there, and what we think about it; no more and no less.
